Non-holiday weekdays 8am–5pm

UGA's current garden page says every non-holiday weekday from 8am–5pm. A tourism directory still lists Sunday hours, but this guide follows the university's more recent operator schedule.

  • Theme and demonstration gardens
  • Lily pond, arboretum and picnic areas
  • Working horticulture research plots

Before you go

  • Plan a weekday visit; do not rely on the Sunday hours still shown by some directories.
  • The garden is also a working research and teaching site, so stay out of marked plots.
  • Check UGA's calendar for free public events, workshops or holiday closures.
